This combo package allows you to save money as you prepay for Memphis’ most popular attractions in order to better enjoy your stay. To make your visits even more convenient, the attractions do not have to be visited on the same day.

Attractions (tour includes admission to each of the following)

Rock 'N Soul Museum -- This is the place that tells the story of where the beat began. "Rock 'n' Soul: Social Crossroads," a project initiated by the Smithsonian Institution, examines the history of Memphis music and its impact on cultural change. It tells the story of why Memphis. Why did Rock 'n' Roll begin in Memphis, why did soul music begin in Memphis and why did blues music, which began in the neighboring countryside come to Memphis and Beale Street before going to the world. You will see stage costumes, instruments, recording equipment, rare film footage, photographs, and vintage jukeboxes from the 20's - 70's. You can listen to the recordings on your personal audio guide. Hours of Operation: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm daily. Final museum admission at 6:15 pm. The museum is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Stax Museum of American Soul Music -- What began as a tiny record store became one of the most important recording studios in the world, launching the careers of several performers, including Isaac Hayes, Otis Redding, the Staple Singers, Wilson Pickett, Luther Ingram, Albert King, the Bar-Kays, Booker T. & the MG's, Johnnie Taylor, Rufus and Carla Thomas, and dozens of other artists whose influence remains vital in the music of today. This multimedia museum celebrates the birth and life of soul music and its influence. The museum houses the definitive archives and more than 2,000 artifacts of the musical influences and international legacy of the legendary soul music label and its artists, and includes a reconstructed gospel church, records, Tina Turner's clothing, Isaac Hayes's Cadillac and more. Hours of Operation: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday (March-October), 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday (November through February).

Sun Studio Tour -- Sun Studio is the birthplace of Rock 'n' Roll. Today the studio, where Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, B.B. King, Rufus Thomas, Howlin' Wolf, Johnny Cash, Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison, and many others launched their careers, is open to the public for tours daily, while still operating as a studio by night. Sun Studio Cafe is located next door to the studio. Above the cafe is a new museum/gallery featuring hundreds of rare recording, memorabilia, photographs, and vintage recording equipment. Hours of Operation: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily. Tours are given every half hour from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. The Sun Studio tour will last 60 to 90 minutes.

Graceland Platinum Ticket -- Graceland is the home of Elvis Presley. The Platinum ticket includes an audio tour of Graceland Mansion that is full of music and interesting stories about how Elvis lived in the home he loved so much. You will see the largest privately-owned collection of gold records in the world and Elvis' elaborate stage costumes and jewelry. The mansion tour ends with a quiet visit to Meditation Garden where Elvis and members of his family are buried. You can also see Elvis' famous 1955 pink Cadillac in the newly-expanded Elvis Presley Automobile Museum and the Archives Experience. Graceland Plaza also offers fabulous shopping and restaurants.

  • January through February -- 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Wednesday through Monday
  • March through late May -- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday
  • Late May through early September -- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday (open until 5:00 pm Sunday on holiday weekends)
  • Early September through October -- 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday
  • November -- 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, except Lighting Ceremony Day (November 17): 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Mansion only 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.), Thanksgiving Day (November 24): Closed, & Thanksgiving Sunday (November 27): 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
  • December -- 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Wednesday through Monday, except Tuesday December 6, 13 and 20: Mansion Closed, December 24 (Christmas Eve): 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Christmas Day (December 25): Closed, December 26 - 30: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, & New Years Eve (December 31): 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Please Note: Graceland tours are "first-come, first-served", and tour times cannot be guaranteed. You may redeem the voucher anytime Graceland is open for public tours from the date of your reservation through December 31 of the calendar year in which your tickets were purchased.

Ticket Office Hours

  • The ticket office is open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, and 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday for most of the year.
  • From November through February, the ticket office hours are 9:30 am to 4:00 pm. The listed opening and closing times are for the ticket office only.
  • Mansion tour availability begins 30 minutes after the ticket office opens and the last mansion tour of the day begins when the ticket office closes. All self-paced plaza attractions open approximately one hour after the ticket office opens and the close approximately one hour after the ticket office closes.

Optional Graceland VIP Upgrade

  • The VIP ticket upgrade includes all features of the Platinum ticket plus houses in the back of the property that Elvis used for guests and friends and a keepsake backstage pass.
  • VIP ticket upgrade also includes all-day access to Graceland & all attractions with a special shuttle bus & front of the line Mansion access.
  • VIP upgrade available for Adult tickets only (ages 12+).

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change policy

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.
